- Coronet Industries today announced it has submitted
a preliminary site assessment and rehabilitation plan to governmental
agencies. The primary objective of this plan is to assess and
rehabilitate the site as necessary to provide short- and long-term

Effects (March 5, 2004)
Hillsborough County, Fla. - With the release
yesterday of the Florida Department of Health's report showing
lower incidence rates of cancer in a 48-square mile area surrounding
Coronet Industries, Inc., the company said today that an overwhelming
body of health studies and related data shows no significant

Statement on Investigation of Cancer Incidence

Hillsborough County, Fla. - Coronet Industries, Inc.
issued the following statement today regarding the Florida Department
of Health report on its "Investigation of Cancer Incidence"
rates:
"We are pleased -- but not surprised
-- by the reassuring results on cancer incidence rates released
today by the Florida Department Health. The results are consistent
with our expectations and reinforce the fact that there is zero
scientific evidence showing Coronet is the source of any adverse

Coronet Submits Shutdown
and Decommissioning Plan (Feb. 13, 2004)
Hillsborough County, Fla. - Coronet Industries, Inc.
today announced that it has submitted a plan to state and federal
regulators for facility shutdown and decommissioning.
The plan outlines steps Coronet will take to cease operations
at its manufacturing facility by March 31. Site assessment and
rehabilitation will be addressed in subsequent plans.

Plant City Facility to Cease Operations (Jan. 30,

Plant City, Fla. - Coronet Industries, Inc. today
announced it has named David Denner as Chief Executive Officer
of the company. In addition, Mr. Denner announced the company
would cease operations at its Plant City facility by March 31,
